Print Preview not true of what is in view

In my form pages is a large RichText box containing written text/wording . The box is approx 700px H x 650px W. I am using wordwrap, left not justify. The problem is this: The sample wording I put in the text box to preview/test the form consists of say...25 words on each line while I am entering it, but when I select print preview, there are less words or more words on each line, showing in the Print PReview, not the same as what I see in my form view.  Everything prints within the margin so it's not a margin issue, only a print preview issue

Bottom line question...why does the PRINT PREVIEW show something different from what was written, characters squished or stretched out over the entire text box of data. This makes the actual print NOT exactly as what was entered. Any suggestions? Thank you so much! -Carole

    Hi Carole2759 and welcome,

I have to be honest with you - InfoPath has very poor printing support. It's not like Word. It's not guaranteed to be WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get). My only suggestion would be to try printing to PDF and see if that's any different. There's this Cute PDF printer option or you can install the free PDF converter from MS: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=f1fc413c-6d89-4f15-991b-63b07ba5f2e5&displaylang=en.

    Happy trails...
