Hello.

My form has a button that should send some of the data  via email without sending the actual form.

I tried loads of things example, using submit option but it still sends the whole form.

I need it to email only the data that has been entered the form. Example: forms asking date,time,name, so i want it to show this on email:

-Date

-Time

-Name

Hi-

When submitting via email, there are two options:

1. Send the entire xml form

2. Send only the active view.

Sounds like you want to choose option 2. You can do this in the Data Connection Wizard, when setting up the data connection.

Active view do not affect anything when sending the form to email.

Sorry, i mean it still shows like a form in email, but no problem i dont need to get it text format to email anymore.

what do you mean your question is not much clear. as described above there are two methods which one are you using
