Hi,

I design infopath form  like two optionbuttons(Approve and Decline) and one Submit button. What i want when i select Approve optionbutton and click Submit button mail should be goes to one user.

And when i select Decline optionbutton and click Submit button mail should goes to other user.

Hi,

Can you follow the below steps.

1. First add two email data connection to your form. One for Approve and one for Decline.
2. Ad below two rules to the button.
1. When Option button is equal to the “Approve” then add Approve data connection.
2. When Option button is equal to the “Decline” then add Decline data connection.

Verify attached xsn file for more details. Let me know if you have any issues with this.

Thanks,yeah im getting  mail by clicking Submit button.One more thing i want when i click Submit button the form shoud be close.

Add third rule to the form, when optional button is not blank, then close the form.  Verify attached xsn.
