I have user able to optionally hide rows, but check boxes cannot hide

I am able to have rows optionally hidden based on a particular checkbox being ticked.
A checkbox on each row  when checked will be printed.

An alternative to simplifying the data the user has to read,
or sections on the main form are hidden, based on a security check box being ticked.

Unfortunately, the checkboxes for the hidden rows cannot be hidden.
Whereas textbox controls can be hidden.

Can you  help, or advise of a way around this?

My thought, I have a small text box to replace the checkboxes!!

    Yet to test.

As a workaround, try placing the checkboxes and their corresponding text/information in a section and then place the conditional formatting on that section. Let me know if you need a step by step.

That is a great idea Janice.

I have done a similar thing on the print view screen.

So I will try on the main screen.

     Thanks again.
