Hi,

 i'm trying to start a Process in an IP 2007 Form using C# with following code:

Process.Start("rundll32.exe", "url.dll,FileProtocolHandler " + formURL);   (formURL is the URL to the IP Form in a Document Library of MOSS2007).

but it is not opening a new browser to show me this full-trusted form. 

The Strange thing is, that it is working when i start the Form from Visual Studio, then the Browser is opened with the appropriate form, but after publishing the form to the library it doesn't and i don't know why??

It is because of ASP .NET workerprocess or the IIS which is not allowing this. For more info see this link from MS:
