InfoPath Dev

I have setup an infopath form to email to outlook address with C#. It does everything correctly except the email seems to be in html. I have it so the form disappears when it is submitted and what it put in the textboxes goes into a formatted bit of text. When the email arrives the text is perfect, except there is a line down the bottom, this appeared when i had the form in the introduction as well.

I thought it may fix it by using an xsl file, but as I am new to infopath, I don't really know what I am doing. 

How do I fix this, do I have to change the code, the language I am using or the way it connect to outlook? I am currently connecting with an EmailConnection.

What code you are using to send the email?

Do you want to send the form as attachment or body of the Email?

 I am using C#, I am sending the form in the body or Introduction as it is called in infopath. It also is not the form itself, it is the details entered into the form.

I would also be interested in how to code in C# setting up the email based on the user clicking submit or save.  The emailing system that we are using though is Lotus Notes.
