Hidden Fields

Hey all,

I have a form which I fill in, dependent on what options are pressed some of the fields "hide" using conditional formatting which is fine.

The form is sent to an e-mail recipient (not as attachment) which again is fine.

Once the user clicks reply all hidden fields are displayed.

I'm using Infopath 2003. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Hi,User can able to view all fields once he clicks on the Reply button. Is this in the form or in the email?

One thing you can do is Create one new view in the form and add the fields which are display for the recipient. And switch view to new view while sending the mail to recipient. So that you can send only newly added view and he can't able to see all fields.
