    Improving formatting

IP needs the Format Painter feature like Word so that customized formats can be easily reapplied to other locations in the form.

IP also needs the ability to create, apply and customize styles, for example, I want to show currency without any decimal places in bold. I should be able to create a style containing these settings, apply it to many fields, and then if I want to remove the bold, just make the change  in one place.

    Hello,

We don't have option to apply the style to some fields or sections in InfoPath form. We have to do manually for each and every field with our style property do settings.

If you want to try this setting will apply for some fields then you have to add those fields on one section and apply your style for that section in view.xsl file. But modifications in directly .xsl file are not a good suggestion. Make sure that before doing this change you have one more copy If you made any thing wrong while doing this form will not open.

Shiva, I realize that we don't have this ability and that is why I put it into the Feature Request forum. Thanks for the explanation of how to do this in the xsl file, but that is not an approach that I am interested in pursuing on a routing basis.
