 Hi,

I have a wierd problem. I am calling a web service to fill my dropdown. Every thing works fine but the values in my dropdown are last 23 rows from my dataset. I checked the web service it returns around 70 rows but I can see only last 23 nodes from it.

I created a new data secondary connection, gone to properties of dropdown --> choose  proper datasource --> set the value and display name accordingly. When I do a preview it shows only last 23 records.

Please let me know if I am missing something. Is there any setting which I have not done?

If you display the secondary data in a repeating table as a test, rather than the drop down, do you see all of the rows?

That would tell you if it is a dropdown issue or the data connection.

After changing the drop down into repeating table also you are still getting the 23 records right. Then it is a data issue not drop down issue, please verify whether you are doing any filter operations on the data that you are getting by using web service.

I have already checked whether any filter is there or not. I am using Web- Enabled forms and I cannot apply any filter there.

When I test the web service alone it gives me almost 70 records and while using the same datasource in a control in my form it automatically filters the data. And its the last 23 records which comes there in dropdown which does not signify any filteration applied to it.
