    Locating the (selected in the view) item from a Master/Detail in order to Submit changes

    Hi all;

    I have the following problem;

    I have a Master/Detail display where I get, let's say after a query, 5 items.

    Users select from the Master Table, and modify the items on the Detail section

    When they hit Submit (a custom one) I need to know wich one of the, let's say 5, items is the one the user was working on when he Submited

    At this point inside my Submit Macro (VBS) I get the SearchResponse node from the XDocument.DOM and I clearly see those five items as childs, but I cannot find a

    way to know which one is the one to be Submited (I.E the one selected in either the Master and/or the Detail section).

    Could somebody provide a hint/example

    Thanks again

    Guillermo

    Hello,

    By default it will submit the first node details of the repeating section. In your code you have to get the node to submit it. Then you have to pass this node to submit it. If you have for loop to submit all nodes then it will submit all nodes at a time.
