What is the Benefit of publishing a InfoPath Form to Form Services and how do I publish it there? Can my users access the form from there P.C. without having InfoPath installed on thier P.C.?

The main benefit is that people who do not have Microsoft Office's InfoPath installed on their computer can fill out the form using their internet browser.
