In my user view i mentioned the approver emailid and submit my form to approver.

When approver open a mail how the approver can see the both views(user and approver views).

this is my case ,please give solution to this.....

The key is being able to determine who is opening your form.

I recommend and Active Directory Web Service to ID your form user and also access their information from AD such as email, manager, location, etc.

Then you just put a rule on open which checks the user if it is not a new form. If they match the user who submitted they can see the user view. If they match the approver then they can see both. If neither then they get a no access or not your form view possibly.

    Hi,

Add two user roles to your form as Approver and Viewer.

You are using two views in the form. Consider View1 can able to view by Viewer and approver can able to view the view1 and view2.

Add one button in the view1 page to switch to view2.

Add following conditional formatting on the button,

“User’s current role” is not equal to “Approver” then hide this control.

Now viewer cannot able to switch to the view2.
