    EnableAutoUpdatePrompt registry setting?

Does anyone know where to add the “EnableAutoUpdatePrompt” key in the registry so that users’ InfoPath forms are automatically updated when a new version is published? It’s mentioned in the article at http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/infopath/HA100522701033.aspx but does not exist on my machine. Otherwise, the only workarounds I know of are to manually update the form’s unique ID before publishing it (so InfoPath does not see it as a new version of the same form) or training users to click the “replace” button. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

    Hello,
Is the location of the two forms same or different? If it is the same then you will not have the problem because it will automatically upgrade to the new version.

Where you will have problem is publish the same form to two different locations with the same name then you will see the popup of replacing the previous one.

The forms are downloaded and launched directly from a web page, so I'm sure the locations are different each time the form is opened due to the use of temp folders by the web browser.
