InfoPath Dev

Hello all,

I will try to explain the problem.

I filled out an InfoPath web based form.

I put the Form Library on a web part page and the web part pages name is in hebrew.

IE: http://portal/forms/WebPages/טפסיםשיצרתי.aspx

i opened the form that I filled out and in this form i have a "close" button that only closes the form.

Now, after the form closes, it suppose to re-direct me back to the same place. IE: http://portal/forms/WebPages/טפסיםשיצרתי.aspx

instead, the hebrew becomes gibrish and Internet Explorer cannot find this page.

I wanted to know if it is a Windows 2003 regional settings problem or is it an Internet Explorer problem?

I suppose it's not InfoPaths problem but, well, had to try here.

Any ideas about problems with any other language other than English?
