Suppose I have two controls in my form.  Validation of control 2 depends on the value of control 1.

My problem is that if the user fills in control 2 prior to control 1, I cannot validate control 2 using the validating event, and hence, the ReportError() method is not available anymore.

Is there a way how I can force the validating event to execute at a later stage (e.g. on submit) or report the error in some other way?

Here is the two ways:

1. You can restrict to enter the data in Second control If user doesn't not have data in first control.

2. If user entered in second control first and after that user enters the data in first control then we can enable the validation using code. In first control on after change event we can get the second control data and set the data to same field then validation error event will fire again.
