    infopath cannot open the selected form

    i've created a web service for posting data to db - the ws is used as the main datasource.  i can create a form using this ws and post data with no issues.  when i add a secondary datasource (query only) for combo box lookup, form works fine.  when i add the second secondary datasource, i get the error "infopath cannot open the selected form" - no other info.  any help would be appreciated.  dr

    i resolved my problem by changing the class
    declaration in the web service.  i initially had a class with a reference to
    an array of tracts - a class containing a string variable.  i changed the
    class to reference an array of strings.  can't say i understand why my first
    option doesn't work - it's a repeating section that resolves to a string.

    public partial class tbl
    {
        private Tracts[] TractUIDField;
    .
    .
    .
        [System.Xml.Serialization.XmlElementAttribute("Tracts")]
        public Tracts[] Tracts
        {
            get
            {
                return this.TractUIDField;
            }
            set
            {
                this.TractUIDField = value;
            }
        }
    .
    .
    .
    }

    public partial class Tracts
    {
        private string TractUIDField;

        public string TractUID
        {
            get
            {
                return this.TractUIDField;
            }
            set
            {
                this.TractUIDField = value;
            }
        }
    }

    i changed it to use
    changed to

    public partial class tbl
    {
        private string[] strTractField;
    .
    .
    .
        public string [] strTract
        {
            get
            {
                return this.strTractField;
            }
            set
            {
                this.strTractField = value;
            }
        }
