How can I make a form read-only once it is populated with info?

I am creating a travel form that first needs to be routed to a manager for approval and then to the client for his or her approval. It will include information like estimated airfare, car rental, etc. I do not want the client to be able to modify any of the fields on the form except their approval/reject button in the client section.  How can I make this information read-only?

    Thank you.

    Hi Sueric,

Create a view with all fields read only. If the manager approves the form then shift the view to read only view. Then the user will not be able to edit the form. One more way is creating user roles and shift the view to read only view if the client opens the form. (give viewer role to client and if role=viewer shift the view to read only view)

Thanks for your response. I will try one of these two options and let you know if I have any more questions.
