I want to add a filter to a infopath drop down list. In browser enabled forms filtering is not possible so I added some code based on this instruction

In this instruction there is a dropdown called cities filtered based on a drop down list called state.
Now I want to filter a drop down based on two values. For exemple "state" and "federal state" should be the paramaters for the filter.
