InfoPath Dev

I have one particular user that is opening an existing form from a forms library in SharePoint 2003.  This user has InfoPath 2003 and Outlook 2003.  She gets the following error when she tries to submit the form using a custom button that submits using e-mail:

InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
To use this feature, Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 must be set as the default e-mail program.

I have checked and this user does not have any Office 2007 products on her computer.  Outlook 2003 is also set as her default e-mail program.  What could be causing this error in this case?

Hey Lee.

InfoPath is particular about it Outlook.

You have verified in Internet Explorer - Internet Options - Programs that Outlook 2003 is the default mail program.

Obviously there is an issue with the local PC, it may require a repair on Office to correct or a reinstall to get the relationship restored.
