I have been struggling with this and am not sure if there is a no-code solution, but I am hoping someone can help.

I am trying to create a Data Validation rule that uses an expression with an operator inserted from a user defined field. So for example a user enters 2 values into fields 1 and 2, selects the operator > in a 3rd field. If field1 is > field2, then the validation is activated.

Creating an expression with a static operator is simple enough, but I need this be able to be dynamic based on the users selection.

Is this possible? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would think you would need to create a rule for each operator case. So you have static operator comparisons but make one for each possible choice.
