Been on Vacation and getting caught up, but if you have not gotten this yet.

You can save your form, which creates an xml file which can be opened in Excel but this is not a real simple task with formatting and such.

You can export a view to excel but this is not an automated feature either.

Another option is to save your data to a database and then use Excel or other reporting software to analyze and view the data across multiple forms. Check out the Database Accelerator for information on this. Qdabra Database Accelerator Suite Version 2.1 - Developer

    Hi

As clay says if you link a form an initial design stage to a database then that data can be linked to an excel spreasheet through Microsoft Query to regularly refresh the data, each time the sheet is opened.  If you want a hand on this give me a shout as have done it in the past for some of my projects.

    Cheers

thanks for the replies.  we are looking into Qdabra but my company moves slow on everything it seems.   Adam, if you can get me started in the right direction that would be great.

i'm not a programmer so as long as it doesn't involve heavy programming i should be able to grasp it.  i've created many forms but never one that accesses a database.

    thanks,
