Record Management site Template and Infopath Column promoting

    Hi All,

We have a problem with Infopath Forms and the Record Center.
In a Record Center site, if we are creating a Document Library or a content type using an Infopath form
and we are promoting its properties in order to display them in the document library, it is not working.
The Columns appears in the list but their values remain blank.

If we do the same procedure for a Team site. It works fine.

    Regards

    Hi

Not used Record Centre before but does it utilise the same sort of "Form Library" that the team site does, if it does not then that would be the source of your problem.

It has to be to do with the way SharePoint interfaces with the info from InfoPath as it works on a team site form library but not on the Record Centre

    Cheers

In fact, the document library are the same even if you're in a team site or in the Record Center. The difference between those document library is that the ones from the Record Center is having a Submarine workflow who is doing the Metadata mapping with the files coming from the DM. I suppose that this workflow is changing the rules when i'm promoting fields into this document library.

Any suggestion ? I plan to develop a custom EHandler to recreate an existing functionnality. Its sad !

     Thanks!
