    Displaying errors.count via a control and refreshing it

    I have I created a control that shows the errors.count present in the form. This is required instead of using a popup which displays the errors.
    XDocument.DOM.selectSingleNode("my:Main/my:Specifications/my:FormErrorCount").text = XDocument.Errors.Count;

    The biggest problem is having it refresh. I tried OnContextChange which initially seemed to work. However, when I keep changing the selection in a drop-down, there are times when OnContextChange doesn't fire i.e., the error count isn't updated and is incorrect. I tried other approaches such as placing an OnAfterChange under the "Specifications" subsection itself, but that gave the same results.

    Is there a way to have this control update anytime there is a change inside the entire form or inside subsection AND it successfully takes into account changes in a pull down ?

    Thanks!

    Don't grow old regretting the things you didn't do.
