Unique values in drop down list from database

    Hi

Could you help me create the filter I need to only have unique values in the drop down list. The data I have is:

Main, NameDept (this is a group) with the fields Name and Dept in it

Secondary, Table1, myFields, dataFields, d:Table1 and the field I want to have the values is in Department.

I have a form so that the first thing you select is the department and depending on the response this determines the Names list. Each person named has a row in the Access database and there fore there may be several people in say Finance but I just want Finance to appear once in the Department list.

    Can anyone help???

    Thanx

    Hello

Customize the filter mentioned in the Link , There is no code involved here. Use this filter when you are setting the unique values into Dropdown box
