Hi All,

 I created an web-based enabled Infopath 2007 form with code behind. I manage to publish it to MOSS 2007. However when I launched the form via a browser, the OnChange event of my drop down doesnt trigger. The drop down should populate some text boxes in my form with new values. However when i click on save and prompted for a file name, the textbox values appear populated on my background. Weird!

 Another error is that one of my data connection is retrieving data form a WSS webservice.Again, it works fine in preview but gets an "Error accessing data source" when browsing the form.

 One last thing, how do i force the user to satsify all validation before saving. When i define a data validation rule or check Cannot be blank options. It only stays on the form page but when you close the browser, a new list is added in the form library.

You need to set how/when you would like the OnChange event to be triggered with settings on the Properties dialog box for the drop-down list box > Browser Forms tab. Set it to "Always".

Generally, "Error accessing data source" means that the credentials are not being passed properly to your data connection. Since you're using a web service, go to SharePoint Central Administration and double-check whether "Enable the Web service proxy" on "Application Management > Manage the Web Service Proxy" (under InfoPath Forms Services) has been enabled.
