I have a SQL database setup as a secondary data source and I want to update it from InfoPath.
InfoPath doesn't support this since I don't have access to a web server so I can't make a web service.
So I am trying to do it manually using C#. I set the command like this:
Juris.Command = "UPDATE tbl_juri_checkoff SET inactive = '" + Inactive + "' WHERE uniqueID = '" + ID + "'";
and then I:
Juris.Query();
and the database is not updated. If I send this same query using something else it works fine. Juris.Query() works fine with a normal SELECT statement.
I don't get any errors or anything. It just doesn't work.
Anyone have any ideas?
Anyone tried to do something like this before?
Is InfoPath unable to handle UPDATE SQL commands?
Thanks,
