    Centralized Infopath

    Hi,

I am new to Infopath, I created one form and published it. I would like the people submit their forms and then I would like run some reports on those forms,

for example, if I have "age" field in my form and if 10 people submit it, after all  I would like to see all of them in one report or be able to run queries like show the age fields where they are filled between 30-40.

     Is this possible?

    Thank you in advance,

    Welcome to the forum.

Yes this is possible and can be done a couple ways.

You can use the merge function, but this can be a bit limited from a reporting standpoint.

You can use SharePoint, but again this has some limitations and is not a full blown reporting suite.

You could use the Database Accelerator Web Services Suite  Qdabra Database Accelerator Suite Version 2.0 - Developer  This puts all of your forms and their information in SQL tables and allows you to use SQL reporting or any other reporting package to analyze your data.

Let me know if you have additional questions.
