How would I go about creating a Browser-enabled form that contains Cascading Dropdowns in a repeating table (or section)?  All the examples I found while searching use the Filter, but supposedly browser-enabled forms do not support filtering???

Filtering is not supported in IP/SP 2007 for browser forms.  In 2010, we can now do this, but not 2007.  You will have to use custom code to overcome this.

I guess I could have dropdowns for every list item in the first dropdown, and show/hide depending upong what is selected in DropDown 1....  Seems pretty hokey though and I might end up writing some code for this i guess.

That code has been written, and I think it has even been shared on here in another thread, so you may want to try a search.  I saw a thread recently where someone posted the code he was using to do cascading dropdowns in browser forms, and one of the Qdabra devs helped with it.
