I realize that this idea is discussed in a few other threads as I used them to get this started on my form. I just cannot get this working and I need some help.
I have a text field on a form called "projectID". I have another field called "ProjectNum" that is an Integer. I have rules in the Submit Options that use a data connection to go back to the library in SP and grab the ID num, add 1 to it, and then set the value of the projectID field by concatenating some values and adding the value in projectnum to it. The ProjectID field is being set, but it won't add the increment to the projectnum field and won't submit.
I've been fighting this for a while now and I just need to get it working. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
