Send emails to multiple receipients listed in a Sharepoint Library one at a time

Hi I need help on Sending emails to multiple receipients listed in a Sharepoint Library one at a time

I have an Infopath  form library where all my clients are listed with their email addresses. Email address field is (Single Line of Text)

What i would like to do is send an instant notification to clients by email one by one not the entire list in a go.

I would like to create an infopath form that submits an email based on the rich text and picks up the recipients list from the sharepoint form library (Clients) that has a field email address, and parses messages one by one till the whole list is complete. Reason of doing this one by one is since its an impt notification and i do not want it to be treated as junk or spam.

    Help!!.. thanks!

Since the client info is already within separate forms, I would make a new view on this form template that is designed the way you want it to display when going to the client, then have a workflow on the form library that sends the email after the form is edited.  Or just add it into a special submit button on that view so that when you submit it with the new info, it pushes the email out to only that client.  You would have to modify each client's form, but if you promote the field and make it editable, then you can do a mass change to all forms at once if the message is not too long.
