Hi,

When I try to open a form from the form library, I get an error looking for the manifest file on my local machine.

I have started getting this error recently since we have slow internet connection at work.

I then have to go to Modify Settings - Relink this form to the form library 1nd click Re-link form. I can then open my form from the ibrary.

Since this form is going to be used by many users, is there an alert message I can set when a form is not linked properly, is there a fix for this.

Hi Hmalkan, I don't think there is an easy way to do this. You should put a message at the top of the page explaining to users how to walk through these steps if they ever hit a problem.
