InfoPath Dev

I have a form that needs to be emailed to certain people. The only problem is each time the form is filled out it needs to be sent to the names that are in 2 fields in my form. I can get the formula to work when I insert the field in the To: section in the Data Connection Wizard but for only 1 person.

My question is do I need to enclose the 2 fields in the To: line with brackets, parentheses, quotation marks or what exactly?

I've tried most of these methods but I still can not get it to email both names.

By using concatination function i.e.field1, field2,.. in the To: line we can send mail to n number.
