    Namespace

    I am following the tutorial at msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/odc_ip2003_ta/html/OfficeInfoPathWebServiceASPNET.asp

    (SPS InfoPath WhitePaper - Querying and updating a database using web services in infopath and asp.net)

    I am at Section 3 - Creating the asp.net web application.

    It says to add a web reference to the project. I know where to put it, but what is the syntax for the namespace and where do I find the namespace name?

    My web service was called nwindCustomers.asmx but if I type "using nwindCustomers.Service1;" I get an error;

    The type or namespace name 'nwindCustomers' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assemply reference?)

    Can someone help please, I'm on a tight deadline.

    Thanks :)

    Hi Jobe,
    Your namespace will not be the same as of your nwindCustomers.asmx.
    To know the reference name go to the Referenced class in the project and search for the keyword "namespace" there you will find the namespace that you are looking for.

    I think I am in your context!
