SQL - InfoPath "Row Version Columns"

Is there an easy way remove the timestamp field from the data connection? we are having problems with submits. This seems to be an issues when another application edits the record then infopath tries to submit again later. Is adding another timestamp field in the database a possible solution? That way infopath and the other application can have their own timestamp fields.

So you are getting an error on submit that the data has changed in the database and therefore the data will not save?

I do not think adding a field will change that.

If you used web services instead to query and submit to your database you could get around this limitation.  You might want to check out the Database Accelerator package. Qdabra Database Accelerator Suite Version 2.1 - Developer

    Clay,

Thanks for the direction. I'll take a look.

FYI -I just put in a request to your company for consutling. We are looking to get some assistance/direction with a few other problems.
