InfoPath Dev

Im using a webservice to return a parameterised query. It works fine when i bind elements to it.

I want to set the control values without binding to this

//Requery the webservice datasource
thisXDocument.DataObjects["GetData"].Query();

IXMLDOMNode nodeResult = wsDOM.selectSingleNode("/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/s0:GetExistingClientNoteData/s0:MainText");

getting null back on the nodeResult, anyone help here?

Do a quickwatch on the "wsDOM" object and look at the "xml" property of that object. In the XML look if your xpath is correct. If your xPath is correct, check if you have set "namespace" to "wsDOM" is set correct(basically did you do call "setProperty" method in wsDOM).
