    Resource files after publishing to Sharepoint

    When I have published an InfoPath form to SharePoint, the form can't locate the resource files anymore (attached with the resource manager in InfoPath). I use a fully trusted form, created like this, both with and without a certificate: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/ipsdk/html/ipsdkDeployURNFormToSharePoint_HV01086376.asp.
    Also some features doesn't work as expected, while locally there are no errors. I get the following error, when the form will load a resource file, called Delivery.xsl:

    at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String str)
    at System.IO.FileStream..ctor(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, Boolean useAsync, String msgPath, Boolean bFromProxy)
    at System.IO.FileStream..ctor(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, FileShare share)
    at System.Xml.XmlDownloadManager.GetStream(Uri uri, ICredentials credentials)
    at System.Xml.XmlUrlResolver.GetEntity(Uri absoluteUri, String role, Type ofObjectToReturn)
    at System.Xml.XmlTextReader.CreateScanner()
    at System.Xml.XmlTextReader.Init()
    at System.Xml.XmlTextReader.Read()
    at System.Xml.XmlValidatingReader.ReadWithCollectTextToken()
    at System.Xml.XmlValidatingReader.Read()
    at System.Xml.XPath.XPathDocument.Load(XmlReader reader)
    at System.Xml.Xsl.Compiler.LoadDocument(XmlTextReader reader)
    at System.Xml.Xsl.XslTransform.Load(String url, XmlResolver resolver)
    at System.Xml.Xsl.XslTransform.Load(String url)
    at ProjectNumber.ProjectNumber.btnQuote_OnClick(DocActionEvent e) in c:\documents and settings\paul.didactive\my documents\visual studio projects\projectnumber\formcode.cs:line 273

    What should I do to get the form working?

    Re: Resource files after publishing to Sharepoint

    Hey,

    If an InfoPath form is based on a Visual Studio 200x code and requires full trust, I have found the following to be necessary when publishing to Sharepoint.

    1) Publish the form to sharepoint from the VS environment with the setting as full trust
    2) Go to the form library, right click on the template.xsn and open in design mode.
    3) Add your certificate info
    4) Save the form in the Sharepoint library
    5) Test it.

    Sharepoint will only work with a certificate. That certificate needs to be deployed to users as well.

    Usually a certificate (not the Self Certificate) has 2 "versions". One that is used to certify the form/code and the other that is installed on the user machines that allows them to trust the signed form.
