Is it possible to create link in an InfoPath form (stored in SharePoint) that opens an Outlook 2003 task?

It might be possible using managed code with a full trust form, but I wouldn't know where to start you.

You probably mean an Exchange task.

A way of doing this would be to access Exchange using WebDAV.

The guys from IndependentSoft has made several excellent .NET interfaces to this and other products.
