I am trying to set up a form for users to automatically submit a form to a form library on Sharepoint using a Submit button on the form. When I set up the Submit button, I chose the path to the form library as the location and selected the now() function to name the documents as they are submitted, thinking that each document that was submitted would be named with the date and time stamp, thus allowing the users to not have to name their documents. Now, when I submit a form to the library, I get the error:

The form cannot be submitted to the following location:http://inside/sites/hril/HRIssueTracking/forms/AllItems.aspx/2006-03-20T14_46_08.xml
The folder does not exist.

It looks like the document stamps the name and time of the document as part of the file name. Can you tell me where I went wrong? I don't have very much experience with InfoPath, but it seems like I was on the right track. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi janice,

I think you committed one small mistake while creating the data connection which is used to submit the forms to a share point form library.

Replace http://inside/sites/hril/HRIssueTracking/forms/AllItems.aspx” it with
http://inside/sites/hril/HRIssueTracking” for the SharePoint form library name while creating the data connection.
