Custom Task Pane and Asp.Net Postbacks

    Hello,

Im new to infopath development and have a big problem with my custom task pane. Inside this task pane a asp.net page will load. On this page the user shoud be able to search for customers. The problem is that no postbacks (ig button click to search customers) will be fired on the server. After a click the page only will load again with no values in the textboxes. Is this a permission problem.

    Thank you for your help.

    Greetings,
    Dave

    Hi Dave and welcome!
I have no idea. We use HTML taskpanes.

Are you using an inline frame or something to render the ASP.NET page in the taskpane?

You will not be able to actually have an ASP.NET page rendered and running in the taskpane.

If you run it in a an inine frame it should work, though.
