Has anyone came across this article on Microsoft's site?

Has anyone tried it? The Submit from a data connection doesn't "just work" for me. I wonder if anyone else has had an "easy" experience with it. Check out the article and let me know - maybe I'm overlooking something in it.

One question that I have for you – Did you use Submit button? I have tried article which you have sent. I think that article missed some steps. After adding data connection you need to follow the following steps:
1. Insert a button.
2. Go to Button Properties, in General tab click on “Rules” button
3. Click on “Add” and then on “Add Action”.
4. In action drop down select “Submit using a data connection”.
5. In data connection drop down select the data connection which you have added.
6. Click Ok four times.
