    real time form

    Hi

I have a question about the data that i am using in one of my forms.

I have a large data sheet in a share point library and I mean large.

I am using this information to populate fields on my form. The problem is that we have many forms open already (300+ forms) and the data on the spread sheet in share point needs to be updated often as changes are made.

What happens is that once the data changes in the spread sheet on the sharepoint the data in the forms in not longer valid unless the form is opened again. We will be opening another 300+ forms over the next few months and I want the data in the forms to be as real time as possible.

Is there a way to change this? I am guessing no but I thought I would ask.
