    InfoPath and LDAP

    hey, i was wondering if it was possible to use LDAP with InfoPath? I want to make it so once a user submits the form, they can only pull their form back up (using Access database) and make changes. Other users on the network should not be able to see data entered on another users form.
    thanks

    just to clarify a little bit... once a user submits their form they should be able to pull it up again and make any changes needed, ie: if they have taken a new training course and would like to enter it. they should not be able to pull up any other users though. it would be good if they fill out the form, then every time thereafter when they open the form again it will automatically load their information via a script or something.

    just another update.. i'm using the following code to populate a few fields when the form loads.. i would like to make it so when the user opens a form it will read the user name and pull any data from the database and populate the form. if it is the first time they have opened and filled out the form then there will obviously be no way to pull any data. i think using the user name and querying the database for a UserName record and going from there would be a good way to go about doing this. i could be totally wrong tho.

    (Code)

    //Create a WScript.Network object, which provides access to the user data

    var objNetwork = new ActiveXObject("WScript.network");

    //Retrieve the UserName and write it into the my:UserName field

    XDocument.DOM.selectSingleNode("/my:myFields/my:UserName").text

    = objNetwork.UserName;

    //Retrieve the UserDomain and write it into the my:UserDomain field

    XDocument.DOM.selectSingleNode("/my:myFields/my:UserDomain").text

    = objNetwork.UserDomain;

    //Retrieve the ComputerName and write it into the my:ComputerName field

    XDocument.DOM.selectSingleNode("/my:myFields/my:ComputerName").text

    = objNetwork.ComputerName;
