    Problems using if in the Listbox Query Filter

    I have two sharepoint lists that I'm using to populate cascading dropdown list boxes.
    1st - Vendor (only has vendor name in list and working fine)
    2nd - Equipment (vendorName, Description, Voice, Data) voice and data are each boolean.

    I have three dropdown listboxes, two linked to the lists and one hardcoded with the options "Voice, Data, Voice and Data"

    I'm trying to write / modify the xpath to populate the Equipment drop down such that we match on vendor and if Equipment Type is "Voice" then the Equipment list boolean of Voice is true, return those values as well as filter on vendor.

    Similarly "Data" as well as "Voice and Data"
    Having problems with using the if in the expression. A simple example might help me.

    Hi rmillman and welcome to the forum!

    These XPath can get kind of tricky sometimes. You will want to add a filter on the Equipment drop-down and specify that it matches both the Vendor and VoiceData values. You should be able to do all of this from the designer, but the final result should be something like this:

    /SharePointList/Equipment[Vendor = GetDOM()/my:VendorDropDown and VoiceData = GetDOM()/my:VoiceDataDropDown]

    I hope this helps!
