I would like to submit a form as link by e-mail. Does anybody know, if it is possible?

What you mean by form as a link?
Do you mean as an attachment or do you want to save form somewhere and want to send link to that file?

I mean to save a form somewhere (in a Share Point Server) and send link to that file.

After saving the form to some location You can set the link in the Email Introduction in the following way and send the mail.
EmailAdapter oEmail = (EmailAdapter)thisXDocument.DataAdapters["emailnotify"];
oEmail.Intro = "LINK";
oEmail.Submit();
