    Creating a button to open another program

    What I am doing is creating a switch board in InfoPath with a button that links to another program. So when you press this button the other program open up.

    Hi,

    To launch IE for example, you would use:
    var oIE;
    oIE = new ActiveXObject("InternetExplorer.Application");
    oIE.Visible = true;
    oIE.navigate("http://www.infopathdev.com");

    To launch InfoPath, you would use:
    var oApp = new ActiveXObject("InfoPath.Application");

    and so on...

    Hope that it helps.

    Regards,
