InfoPath Dev

I am new to infopath and I am looking to make a simple form (I believe).

What I am trying to do is make a form connected to a access DB.


It is to include

First NAme
LAst Name
Picture of Person
Title with Company.

I need a button to create a new record, submit record and scroll between records. Thats all I need from the Form.


Query:

The query all I need is to select certain critera and for it to print out in a 3x2 box, so it can be printed out in landscape printing format.


Anybody got any ideas, or can steer me in the right direction.

Click File, Design a new Form, select new From Data Connection, choose your DB

I have done all of that and have it working now.


These are my issues, I cant find a way to scroll back and forth between records.

I also cant add a pic for each employee.

The pic is my biggest issue.

So if anyone can help me here it would sure help.

Hi Mr. Matt,

You might want to check out these tutorials for the problem of scrolling back and forth between records. You should be able to edit the tutorials a little bit to incorporate at Next and Back button. This has been discussed several times on the forum so try searching around a bit.

What do you mean you are trying to add a pic for each employee? Are you trying to pull a BLOB form the database and display it within the InfoPath form? This is probably tricky, but doable. I know you will have to encode the image into Base64.
