Hi all,

Iam a newbie in InfoPath.

I am planing to design a infopath template form from a XML schema. When user open the template form, a webservice is called and return a xml file. This XML file then is used to populate the form. User can modify the form content if he/she wan to do. Finally, user submit the modified content to the webservice.

My questions are :

1. Is it possible to do this kind of application with infopath and C#
2. Could you give an example to show how to call a webservice from c# and use the returned result to populate the form ?

Hi binhxe, Welcome to the Forum!
1. Yes it is possible to do this kind of application with InfoPath and c#.
2. You dont need to call webservice through c#. You can call it with InfoPath itself, and populate InfoPath's main xml with the data.
