InfoPath Dev

Hello Team, I tried to submit the InfoPath form into the SharePoint form library. After 3 tries it was still not allowing him to enter the form. I was able to see the form and fill in the fields but when I pushed the submit button then it would kick him back to the dash board and not record the form data. I tried to submit the form in next day and when I hit submit it returned me to the same Page. I did not realise the form data had glitched and not been entered. On the same time issues get happen on the second form as well. But now the both the form working fine. I want know and fix the issue here what was the root cause and how it is possible without making any changes. Can anyone please help out me on this issues?

It sounds like this is a browser form. If so, go check the SharePoint ULS logs during the time frame of the issue. If not, you'll have to wait for the issue to re-occur and then you can run a tool like Fiddler while submitting to see if you can get more info.
