Filtering a Multiple Selection List Box

Hi there. My team and I have been having a real mare with a Sharepoint project. I have many questions, but I'll try and keep them in separate posts. First up, I'm trying to filter a Multiple List box to show only those items that haven't got associations with another lookup field, and I can't work out what I'm doing wrong, but it's just not working - I need your help! So this is a multi view form as part of an add new list item journey. - view one: add high level project information e.g. project name, project code, summary, etc. - view two: select items from two multiple list boxes that relate to the project. In this case one list shows products, and the other IT systems - view three: show a list of teams that have associations to either the products or the systems. In this view want to show users, 'we've selected these teams based on your choices' and then also 'please select any other teams that might also need to be part of this project'. In view three, I can output the teams that are associated to the products/systems selected in view 2. (WHERE main>product:id == team>product:id OR main>itsystem:id == team>itsystem:id) What I can't seem to achieve though is output the remaining teams that don't have any association to the products/systems selected. And I just don't get it. If I reverse the logic for the first one, and change it to 'does not equal' I just get all the records. :( I don't think I've explained this very well, but I hope someone might be able to give some pointers as to where I'm going wrong. I'll try and load some images and sample code too

This is still driving me a bit mad. I want to show a multiple select list box, displaying only the values that have not yet been selected. Any help? I can do it the other way around, and only show those that ARE selected, but I've tried a bunch of settings and can't fathom how to only show those items that have not been selected. :(

Can you attach a sample form in a reply under the options tab? Basically - add the filter to show only those that are selected, then change the first dropdown in the filter builder to "The expression", and wrap the entire expression in not().

Thanks Hilary - that's mostly worked! However I'm still getting the entries within the not() coming through as their IDs. :/ (see attached image)

Here's another pic, showing all the filter windows...

I mean - I'd think the screenshot that shows the filtered entries showing up as selected, with their IDs implies that you are opening already filled out forms, with the data that is now filtered out already selected? I'm not sure how to handle for that..... perhaps the filter needs to be adjusted somehow to allow already selected items to display the title. Let me see if I can come up with something that works for this scenario.

Oh - I think maybe I'm misunderstanding something.... can you tell me more about how you want this to work? When the user selects stuff, it just .... disappears from the multi-select? Or do you have multiple multi-selects bound to the same field, in different sections or views or something?
