Button to direct user to website

Hello all, I would like to know how I can add a button which when the user clicks on the button it will direct the guest to a website? Here is some information about the form. Let's say a user submits an itemized form. Email is sent and I have the choice to approve or deny. Email is sent back to the user with the approval or denial of their submitted request. Recently, I have added another option (shipped) along with the other options I can select (approve and deny). When I select the shipped option I can add a link with the tracking number of the shipment and then an email is sent to the user. What I would like for the user's email to see is a button that they can select that will direct them to the link I provided (without them seeing the actual URL). Hope someone can help me with this. Thanks in advance.

Well - you can't do this with a button out of the box, but you could go to the Insert tab, and insert a hyperlink (not a hyperlink control, but an actual hyperlink)... you can set the text to "Click here" or whatever, and the link to the URL. Is the email sent from the form? Or from SharePoint workflow?
